We also suggest trying the following steps before contacting support:
- Be sure you are actively connected to the Internet
- Attempt to reboot your computer
- Check your data to be sure the file does not contain malformed or corrupt information
FOR AFTER HOURS EMERGENCY SUPPORT: Log into your DNCScrub Account and submit a request to the DNC help desk. For high priority issues please select, "General Issue - High Priority", and a technician will immediately receive a text message.
