IntelliScrub™ (Intelligent list scrubbing engine created for DNCScrub™)
The IntelliScrub™ list-scrubbing engine utilizes Smart Sniffer™ technology to automatically process files, uploaded via our web interface, through FTP, or our easy to integrate web service API in any common data format. The system automatically finds telephone numbers within a file and scrubs them based on the parameters set for that campaign. IntelliScrub™ maximizes the amount of telephone numbers retained in the calling list by the application of exemptions such as existing business relationship rules and any state-specific rules that may be advantageous. learn more hide
The IntelliScrub™ engine is a "smart" processing engine that accepts records to be scrubbed from one of the DNCScrub™ submission mechanisms. The IntelliScrub™ engine allows clients to submit records in just about any generally acceptable format. The IntelliScrub™ engine utilizes our Smart Sniffer™ technology to "sniff out" the phone number in each of the call records in a variety of formats. This way, users are not forced to have their IT Departments adjust files prior to feeding them into the IntelliScrub™ engine, nor do they have to know what format the file is in. The Smart Sniffer technology saves time and money by bringing efficiency to the DNC process.
With the rapidly growing size of the various DNC databases (now in excess of 129 million phone numbers), every phone number on your call list is valuable. IntelliScrub™ maximizes the amount of phone numbers you can call while keeping you compliant with all the complexities of both federal and state laws. To do this, IntelliScrub™ applies the latest DNC regulations of each state, specific to the type of business under whose project the scrubbing is being done, as well as according to the type and source location of the calling campaign as configured by the user.
Further, through the use of our EBRMaster™, you can upload your EBRs (existing business relationships) along with the date and type of the relationship established to your secure account. Depending on your package, you can have separate EBRMaster™ databases for each project (i.e. client) or you can maintain one master database. IntelliScrub™ will automatically determine the correct expiration date for the state in which this customer is located using its "knowledge" of all the federal and state EBR rules and will separate out any valid EBR numbers on your call list.
The IntelliScrub™ engine is designed with efficiency in mind. By streamlining the DNC process and maximizing the output records IntelliScrub™ saves time, money and DNC liability.
IntelliScrub™ Scrubbing Databases (Multiple DNC as well as performance enhancing databases are at your disposal)
The IntelliScrub™ engine has access to a multitude of databases to keep clients in compliance and to allow clients to suppress any call list records they choose. As part of our basic service, DNCScrub™ maintains the most current Federal and all currently published State Do Not Call lists. The Direct Marketing Association's (DMA) Telephone Preference Service (TPS) list is also included as part of our standard service. In addition to the standard databases, DNCScrub™ offers several Premium Databases such as the DMA Wireless database at a small extra monthly charge. Regular DNCScrub™ scrubbing counts, rates and overage schedules apply.

RetroScrub™ (Retroactively scrub records after DNC update)
Between the many DNC databases to maintain, updates to one or more databases occur at least weekly or even daily. After you scrub a list of all Do Not Calls, you may run a campaign for days or, perhaps months. When these DNC database updates occur and new records are added, you may have an active calling campaign that contains new DNC database entry that was not in the database at the time of scrubbing. Businesses using RetroScrub™ are assured their active call lists are monitored. RetroScrub™ alerts the user via email that a now-DNC record may be contained in an active campaign. Each time a DNC database update occurs, RetroScrub™ works in the background checking for new DNC matches. learn more hide
When a RetroScrub™ subscriber scrubs a call list, the protection that DNCScrub™ provides does not stop there. If a list scrub was performed on an active campaign as far as 31 days prior to such an update, RetroScrub™ provides an added measure of DNC protection during the time you are using the call list in a campaign. When a user subscribes to the RetroScrub™ service, each time a DNC database update occurs (states or Federal) all your call lists in every active campaign are retroactively scrubbed by RetroScrub™ for a period of 31 days. When RetroScrub™ finds new DNC numbers that are present in the original call-list and that now appear in the newly published DNC update, RetroScrub™ will email an alert notification to the user indicating a DNC number may be in a active calling list. The email includes the number(s) that is/are to be removed from a specified campaign immediately as well as dates scrubbed. The records scrubbed through RetroScrub™ do not count toward your monthly records count. Further, there is no charge to RetroScrub™ subscribers for the email notifications. To better manage the notification process, you can configure on a per-project basis the Maximum Age of records to RetroScrub™ (31-day default and max) and how frequently to RetroScrub™ and e-mail notifications (weekly by default).

QuickScrub™ provides a fast and easy way to submit small quantities of phone numbers to the IntelliScrub™ engine. The numbers can be entered in one at a time or you can "cut and paste" small batches of phone numbers into QuickScrub™ for scrubbing. Phone numbers can be in any format. EBRMaster™ and EBRNotify™ (Existing Business Relationship databases)
EBRMaster™ allows IntelliScrub™ to take advantage of your existing business relationship status with customers while scrubbing call lists. Further, with EBRNotify™, you will receive an email notification on a regular basis informing you of existing business relationships that are coming close to their expiration date. learn more hide
Most state and Federal DNC rules provide some form of exemption for numbers that appear on the applicable Do Not Call list if you have an existing business relationship (EBR) with a person at that number. EBRMaster™ provides a one-stop, simple solution to manage your EBR databases.
Various state and Federal rules treat certain types of EBRs differently. For example a purchase is treated differently then an inquiry by a prospective customer. In all cases, an EBR has an expiration date from the date the EBR was established and to further complicate matters Federal rules are often different from state rules. EBRMaster™ allows you to upload your existing business relationship numbers along with the date and type of the relationship established.
IntelliScrub™ will automatically determine the correct expiration date for the state in which this customer is located and will separate out any valid EBR numbers on your call list. Several states have special rules for EBR exemptions for companies in particular industries (i.e. telecom). EBRMaster™ is aware of these rules.
There is no limit to the size of your EBR database and certain account types are allowed to set up a separate EBRMaster™ database for each client. Any entry of an EBR number into the internal DNC list negates the EBR exemption.
If you subscribe to EBRNotify™ you will also receive notifications, at regular intervals, of consumers with whom you have an EBR that is nearing its expiration date. Once notified, you can take positive action to provide the consumer with a product offer or the option to opt in to future campaigns therefore renewing your EBR with them.
EBRNotify™ "knows" all applicable state and Federal laws and informs you of the earliest pending EBR expiration. To better manage the notification process, you can configure on a per-project basis how many days in advance to send expiration warnings and how to bunch up (i.e. daily, weekly, etc.) these notifications separately for inquiry and purchase-type EBRs.
EBRMaster™ is free with the IntelliScrub™ engine. EBRNotify™ comes with a nominal subscription cost and no fee per email not number of EBR records.

DNC Policy Services (Create your DNC policy in minutes)
Federal Law requires that every entity engaged in any form of telesales, regardless if the campaigns are outsourced or not, must maintain a Do Not Call policy. Further, this policy must be provided to consumers upon demand. Our "What-You-See-Is-What-You-Get" DNC Policy Editor assists in maintaining customized DNC policies for each project (i.e. client):
- Highlighted template policy makes it easy to modify the template policy to fit your particular situation
- Maintain full control over the wording of the policy
- Policies are promptly mailed with actual client's information at the top, rather than a boiler plate policy of the Agency.
Easy to use for one or one hundred users, and powerful enough to track hundreds of users in multiple Call Centers, Divisions, Departments and Shifts.
Three levels (or roles) of user permissions are available: Administrators, Supervisors (who have access to all functions except those with financial implications) and Agents (who have extremely limited access mostly just to add numbers to an internal DNC list and to request DNC policy fulfillments).
To make it easy for your users to remember their usernames, you can use the same usernames in DNCScrub as your users use internally. This is possible because each account on our system maintains its own set of usernames, thus you can set up a username like "john" without conflicting with another company's account. In addition, accounts with sub-accounts maintain a special "Admin" superuser that can log into any of its sub-accounts with the same password.
All user actions are logged (including their source IP address) and can be viewed in audit reports.

Easy Internal Do Not Call and Do Not Mail list Management learn more hide
All telemarketers are required to maintain internal, company-specific Do Not Call lists. When a consumer requests that their number be placed on a company's Do Not Call list, the company is required to fulfill the request. DNCScrub™ provides an easy-to-use interface to manage account or project-specific Do Not Call and Do Not Mail databases. Authorized users can add and remove single telephone numbers, batches of numbers, download the entire database and even undo mistakes.
